9.16日起，已确定韩国双语驾照可免认证免换证直接通用的30个国家如下：
【亚洲】：澳大利亚/澳洲、新加坡、新西兰、马尔代夫、文莱、瓦努阿图、巴布亚新几内亚；
【美洲】：加拿大（安略省等12个州），关岛、秘鲁、哥斯达黎加、乌拉圭、尼加拉瓜、苏里南、巴巴多斯、多米尼加共和国、圣卢西亚、北马里亚群岛群岛联邦、特立尼达和多巴哥；
【欧洲】：英国、爱尔兰、土耳其、芬兰、丹麦、赛浦路斯；
【非洲】：喀麦隆、卢旺达、利比里亚、布隆迪；
【中东】：阿曼。
除此之外韩国警察厅目前也正在和其它37个国家和地区洽谈韩国新版英文驾照互认协议，不久将会实现韩国英文版驾照在67个国家和地区直接通用的便利。
